Valentine's Party - NOTICE DATE!

When I was first informed of the Valentine's party, I was told that Saturday the 21st would be the party. So that's what I had posted on the blog. But I just got the flyer and here's what it says:

Our featured lady this week is Heidi Miller. Her husband is Mike Miller. He is currently working in Lehi so we don't get to see as much of them as we'd all like at our functions. We still consider them part of our CCFD Family though!

Pizza Factory Coupons

We need everyone's help with our upcoming Fundraiser! I know, you probably all cringe at the word fundraiser but this one really isn't so bad. And it's a great way for us to earn some money for the Auxiliary.

We are selling Pizza Factory coupons for $12. The Ladies Auxilairy will get $3 of every $12 coupon sold. So if we sell 100 of these coupons then we will make $300! If we sold 300 coupons, then we'd make almost $1000! With how many women we have, if we each only sold two or three, that would get us to 100. However, we are going to reach for the stars . . . we would love if everyone could commit to selling at least FIVE CERTIFICATES. That's easy! One for yourself, parents, in-laws, friends, neighbors . . . it should be easy to sell five. Especially when people realize the cause behind it! And who doesn't love Pizza Factory?!

The officers are hoping to get prizes for the family who sells the most. Let's GO FOR IT!

Stephanie has the Certificates now so please contact her if you need some. You can email her at: myouch(at)infowest(dot)com or give her a phone call. I also think she mentioned that she might have some at the station for you to pick up. I'll have to verify that though.

Get to Know You Party Pics!

Thanks again to all the ladies who came to our Get to Know You Party. It was a BLAST!!! For everyone who couldn't make it, we're sorry you missed out. It was hilarious.

We learned a lot of interesting things about each other. Who knew that Mary Orloski was such a comedian?! I sure didn't. She had us all rolling off our chairs. And did you know that Marilyn Green's nickname is Moonie? We all had our assumptions as to how she got that, but if you want the true story, then you'll have to ask her! And Danielle Jensen has broken her right arm FIVE times. I have no idea how that happens! Five times!!! And Tonya Fails is afraid of the dark. Actually, I bet a lot of us are, too, but we won't admit to it.

Anyway, those were just a few fun examples of some of the things we learned about each other. We had such a good turn out and a TON of great food. Thanks again for your participation ladies! Can't wait for the next get-together!
